- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Authorization:
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item(s) for a refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement.
8. Gift Returns:
- If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
9. Final Discretion:
- Get Money Brand Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
